Appointment Cancellation & Refund Policy
Users are allowed to cancel the booked appointment before 24 hours to the booked appointment date and time.
To cancel an appointment, go to DiabWellness App, click the CANCEL button. It asks the user to call to the mobile number (+91) – 9976379697. The management has the rights to cancel or either change the appointment date and time.
In case, if an appointment is not rescheduled, management will issue a refund as per the Hospital’s Refund Method.
Appointment Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule the appointment once and it should be intimated 24 hours in advance. To do so, dial the number (+91) – 9976379697 and reschedule the appointment.
Patient Miss Show
If the Patient misses appointment time, the fees will not be refunded and he/she has to get reappointment may be fixed within 15 days of missed appointment. Thereafter fees will not be refunded.
Doctor Miss Show
If the Doctor couldn’t come online due to an emergency situation, another appointment will be given (convenient to both parties) and you need not pay for this.
